Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Moises Fernandino kicked off to start the match. Pierre-Joseph Guttenbrunn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Stanway's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Luque came free, but Fred Bruckmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Friedrich Grethen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute, Stanway's Bodo Jentzsch ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Fred Bruckmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Fernandino in the 32nd minute of play. Abram Luque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Fred Bruckmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Zorita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ralph von Hompesch zu Bolheim in the 36th minute. Fred Bruckmann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Fernandino went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Fred Bruckmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Luque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for George Bodenheimer to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Bodo Jentzsch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. 54 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Bodo Jentzsch came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Moises Fernandino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fred Bruckmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Marco Tamayo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danny Holz kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fred Bruckmann. Fred Bruckmann yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. 70 minutes into the match, Abram Luque dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fred Bruckmann, 2-4. After a rather tough play, Stanway's Albert Kiefer got a free kick in the 77th minute. Moises Fernandino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Fred Bruckmann made a huge save. After 86 minutes, Danny Holz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stanway and the El Salvador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fred Bruckmann had in the 87thth minute some difficulties stopping Mateo Leguizamo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Marco Tamayo hit a great ball. Danny Holz, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Jorge Magrina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucien Gernsback kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
