Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ginlabbet Stockholm's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Sandström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 6 minutes into the match, Ginlabbet Stockholm's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but Karl-Åke Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Ginlabbet Stockholm defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Åke Sandström. The Ginlabbet Stockholm fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Åke Sandström should have stopped the shot. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragan Numanović in the 13th minute of play. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Åke Sandström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Milagros Fraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Karl-Åke Sandström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Åke Sandström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Nils-Erik Fagrell sent off a good shot on target. Karl-Åke Sandström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 27th minute of play. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tomas Hedkvist, made in the 28th minute of the game. In the 31st minute of the game Tomas Hedkvist made a throw-in which Nils-Erik Fagrell played forward. 31 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Åke Sandström. Ginlabbet Stockholm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Nils-Erik Fagrell in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rolando Noboa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Karl-Åke Sandström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Montrel in the 41st minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dragan Numanović to make the kick off. Julian Murillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Åke Sandström having to interfere. Julian Murillos short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Karl-Åke Sandström to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 58th minute Dragan Numanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Karl-Åke Sandström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dragan Numanović, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Luz Tejedor notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Ginlabbet Stockholm's Karl-Åke Sandström. Karl-Åke Sandström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Karl-Åke Sandström in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Ginlabbet Stockholm's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Karl-Åke Sandström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The throw-in from Tomas Hedkvist in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. In the 92nd minute, Rafael Gallo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Ginlabbet Stockholm's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Gallo came free, but Karl-Åke Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
