Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felix Negrescu started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Tineretul Arad getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Răzvan Păunescu hit a great ball. Alfredo Ferrant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Cazimir Maior tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tineretul Arad's Sergiu Alupoaie got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 12 played minutes Tineretul Arad got a freekick which was hit by Denis Mănescu. Eduardo Fontirroig hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Sergiu Alupoaie made in the 32nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Emilian Blăniță. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mario Fernandino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cazimir Maior having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Tineretul Arad's Răzvan Păunescu got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Fernandino to strike the kick off in the second half. After 65 minutes, Emilian Blăniță mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tineretul Arad and the Bolivia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emilian Blăniță hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Tineretul Arad's Emilian Blăniță. But to his dismay, Emilian Blăniță quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 80th minute, Mario Fernandino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Tineretul Arad booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Fernandino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilian Blăniță struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Camilo Freixa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tineretul Arad. If Emilian Blăniță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
