Boguslaw Dziedelonis took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Boguslaw Dziedelonis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Gayoso having to make a save. 6 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boguslaw Dziedelonis. Brion Heyros kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match Bruno Beldad sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Remie Kint skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Boguslaw Dziedelonis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 25 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Seco. Remie Kint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Boguslaw Dziedelonis managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S.D Punta Ballena's supporters rose to their feet, but Boguslaw Dziedelonis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 48 played minutes C.S.D Punta Ballena got a freekick which was hit by Alvino Blanco. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. The nice shot from Camilo Franco in the 53rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Remie Kint had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 54th minute Uruguay were awarded a corner. Jaime Cazalla went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 56thth minute of the game Boguslaw Dziedelonis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Boguslaw Dziedelonis managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S.D Punta Ballena's supporters rose to their feet, but Boguslaw Dziedelonis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terciero Francos in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Terciero Francos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.S.D Punta Ballena fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. If Terciero Francos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terciero Francos in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terciero Francos in the 90th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by C.S.D Punta Ballena's Terciero Francos. But to his dismay, Terciero Francos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After 97 minutes, Terciero Francos made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. C.S.D Punta Ballena's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
