Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dan Hansson made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Dan Hansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bälinge fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Dan Hansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Dan Hansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven-Arne Beckström during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, one of Bälinge:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bälinge. 10 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Viggo Simonsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Hansson in the 14th minute of the match. Primitivo Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viggo Simonsson having to interfere. Jacobo Nores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dan Hansson's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dan Hansson. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Viggo Simonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Paraguay from getting a goal against them. When Orvar Lundblad fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bälinge's protests and gave Orvar Lundblad a yellow card for diving instead. Orvar Lundblad kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Bälinge's Viggo Simonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 33rd minute of play. Jaime Pardo made a great header on Paraguay's corner, it was just that Bälinge's Viggo Simonsson managed to reach the ball for a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Pardo to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Orvar Lundblad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 64 minutes of play, Bälinge's Dan Hansson made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the game, Jan-Åke Soned was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bälinge's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraguay the free kick. In the 66th minute, Jan-Åke Soned hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Juan Diego Tenorio from long distance, 68 minutes into the match, got Viggo Simonsson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 73rd minute, Ivan Prats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Hansson in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Bälinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Åke Soned didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Prats hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute Dan Hansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Dan Hansson came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Bälinge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dan Hansson couldn't finish the play. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Bälinge's Dan Hansson. But to his dismay, Dan Hansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When Alan Campos came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alan Campos couldn't finish the play. The Bälinge support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
