Albertinho Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Finlay Stair in the 24th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Paulo José Loureiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. During the 69th minute of the match Luiz Eduardo Vargas completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Luiz Eduardo Vargas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 94th minute, Paulo José Loureiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Karlus Waugh got a free kick in the 95th minute. Jarell Hill struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Albertinho Donatello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jamaica.
