Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After 29 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Tejedor. Bälinge's Börje Låsberg got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bälinge's goalkeeper Viggo Simonsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Dan Jakobsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mario Fernandino to make the kick off. The supporters of Bolivia booed when Bälinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Åke Vallengren didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fred Igelström fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bälinge's protests and gave Fred Igelström a yellow card for diving instead. Fred Igelström hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bälinge fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bolivia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
