After 23 minutes, Lucio Oquendo made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Marabino's Dime La Rocca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Real Marabino's Lucio Oquendo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Oquendo in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Lucio Oquendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Lucio Oquendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rigoberto Mina's late challenge caught a Real Marabino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Mina helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Real Marabino booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Marabino's Dime La Rocca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 47th minute of play. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real Marabino's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that Real Marabino's Dime La Rocca managed to reach the ball for a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucio Oquendo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Amilcar Gomez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. A hard shot 56 in the game by Tomas Illescas from a close distance when the talented Dime La Rocca managed to make a qualified save. Real Marabino's players were relieved. In the 60th minute, Amilcar Gomez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Oquendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amilcar Gomez charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amilcar Gomez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 played minutes Real Marabino got a freekick which was hit by Amilcar Gomez. Real Marabino made a substitution. Louis Pasteur replaced Lucio Oquendo. After 70 played minutes Real Marabino got a freekick which was hit by Amilcar Gomez. Louis Pasteur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dime La Rocca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Louis Pasteur's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, 魏竞博 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luis-Carlos Gay kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timeteo Aguirol, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Pasteur in the 90th minute of play. Real Marabino's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
