Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Selebi-Phikwe's Johnathan Bowden started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Raphael Moore made a great header on USA's corner, it was just that Selebi-Phikwe's Christof Deroek managed to reach the ball for a save. Selebi-Phikwe's Victor Nelson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jacob May, made in the 8th minute of the game. Christof Deroek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Selebi-Phikwe's Johnathan Bowden in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Selebi-Phikwe's Christof Deroek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 18th minute of play. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johnathan Bowden's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 25th minute, Edward Mcdonald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 31 minutes into the match, Cassius Byrne notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Selebi-Phikwe's Christof Deroek. Christof Deroek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. 43 minutes into the match, Diego Bradley notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Selebi-Phikwe's Christof Deroek. Christof Deroek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 47 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Monty Rogers. After the first half USA were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cassius Byrne to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Selebi-Phikwe's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Christof Deroek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christof Deroek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 57th minute of play. Zach Harrison kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Christof Deroek made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Sam Campbell sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Christof Deroek successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Christof Deroek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 72nd minute. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Van Buyten in the 77th minute of play. Marco Day didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erik Van Buyten went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Christof Deroek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Selebi-Phikwe's Johnathan Bowden. But to his dismay, Johnathan Bowden quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 85thth minute of the game Johnathan Bowden who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, USA's Christof Deroek threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Khalid Parry, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sam Campbell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Christof Deroek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Selebi-Phikwe's Christof Deroek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Selebi-Phikwe from getting a goal against them. Christof Deroek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Baker, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Christof Deroek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Baker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Selebi-Phikwe fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
