Bartosz Trzenzalski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Ema City's Bartosz Trzenzalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 22nd minute of play. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Bartosz Trzenzalski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ema City's Bartosz Trzenzalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 25th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartosz Trzenzalski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when José Carneiro came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bartosz Trzenzalski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 39th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Ema City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selçuk Özgebay to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. A collision led to Ema City getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Selçuk Özgebay hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, José Carneiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and José Carneiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Julian Murillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bartosz Trzenzalski. That made the score 1-1 after 54 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Prats in the 58th minute of play forced Ema City's goalkeeper Bartosz Trzenzalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Cezary Nalaskowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ema City's Witold Rybak was substituted for Renaut Vuerinckx. Bartosz Trzenzalski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes in the game Moises Gayoso did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Julian Murillo.
