In the 6th minute of the match, Recai Nusrettin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rolando Noboa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roman Garci got free with Rolando Noboa in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roman Garci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Willian Cuesta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 17 minutes into the match, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Willian Cuesta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Garci in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Recai Nusrettin. Recai Nusrettin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. The corner ended in Alessandro Corada almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Peru's Rolando Noboa did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 25th minute of play forced ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goalkeeper Willian Cuesta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Willian Cuesta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 28th minute of play. Eliseo Mina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Willian Cuesta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Cuesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Milagros Fraga took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Willian Cuesta. Willian Cuesta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. When ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Felipe Muñoz in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peru's goalie prevented a goal. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Willian Cuesta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Willian Cuesta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save ARES FC DeusDeFutbol from getting a goal against them. Milagros Fraga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Willian Cuesta having to make a save. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Garci in the 69th minute of the match. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Muñoz in the 72nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Felipe Muñoz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Muñoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Peru's Luz Tejedor quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Reinhard Apotheker, made in the 77th minute of the game. In the 81st minute of the match, Milagros Fraga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Willian Cuesta was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With an all-out effort, Peru's Willian Cuesta threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julian Murillo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. 93 minutes into the game, Reinhard Apotheker threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Willian Cuesta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Gallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
