Franc Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Invisible's goalkeeper Franc Armani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 11 minutes Invisible's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the match, Santiago Simon notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of USA's Marco Day. Marco Day was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Segundo Jakes fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Invisible's protests and gave Segundo Jakes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Invisible getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Segundo Jakes hit a great ball. Franc Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 45th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santiago Simon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Simon, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Raphael Moore made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cassius Byrne however managed to control. 63 minutes into the game, Monty Rogers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Franc Armani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Invisible's Esequiel Barco was substituted for Gonzalo Martínez. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. In the 71st minute of the match USA got a corner. Invisible's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Monty Rogers ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on USA's corner Monty Rogers fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Franc Armani quite easily take care of the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match, Sam Campbell got a very nice opportunity to score, but Franc Armani was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Beltrán in the 75th minute of the match. Invisible's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eliseo Leheren in the 76th minute. The corner ended in Eliseo Leheren almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. Sam Campbell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Franc Armani made a huge save. Lucas Beltrán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. Esequiel Barco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. Sam Campbell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franc Armani having to interfere. After 93 minutes of play, USA's Khalid Parry made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Franc Armani was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded USA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Invisible.
