An unexpectedly hard shot by Kayacan Müjdat in the 25th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Anísio Matos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Day quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Per-Oskar Hedberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 28th minute of the match. Per-Oskar Hedberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kayacan Müjdat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Peace Home Street Boys's goalkeeper Per-Oskar Hedberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. With a little luck, Peace Home Street Boys's Per-Oskar Hedberg got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the USA defense, Anders Kielberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Day. The USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Day should have stopped the shot. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Kielberg in the 42nd minute of play. Per-Oskar Hedberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Monty Rogers in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cassius Byrne to strike the kick off in the second half. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anders Kielberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, USA's Monty Rogers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per-Oskar Hedberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Verner Wahlnäs got free with Marco Day in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kayacan Müjdat, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kayacan Müjdat in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Peace Home Street Boys's Anísio Matos got a free kick in the 91st minute. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. Peace Home Street Boys's Aaron Svartengren was substituted for Kayacan Müjdat. After a rather tough play, Peace Home Street Boys's Anísio Matos got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Although USA had been in control for most of the match, Peace Home Street Boys still came away with the win.
