Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artaç Hendekli scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Roman Matai however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Roman Matai in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Roman Matai to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikolaj Lech in the 26th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman Matai was a little too slow when Joel Gaona got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 3-1. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Roman Matai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roman Matai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 33rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michel Batistuta to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but STAL ST WOLA's Roman Matai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 53rd minute, Zygmunt Bielejewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The STAL ST WOLA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After a rather tough play, STAL ST WOLA's Çağlar Soyuncu got a free kick in the 77th minute. Roman Matai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 80th minute of the match. Roman Matai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
