Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cassius Byrne made the kick off which started today's match. Gavião Kyikatejê's Sitthachat Jampeehom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 4th minute of play. If Rodney Lindov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Gavião Kyikatejê getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Cesare Maldini hit a great ball. Sitthachat Jampeehom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Sitthachat Jampeehom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. In the 23rd minute, Monty Rogers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Marco Day made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Zuasnabar in the 25th minute. Sitthachat Jampeehom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 32nd minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sitthachat Jampeehom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodney Lindov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. A collision led to Gavião Kyikatejê getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Deilmison Davids hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sitthachat Jampeehom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sitthachat Jampeehom. Gavião Kyikatejê's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Monty Rogers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After the first half USA were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Zuasnabar in the 54th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Zuasnabar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 56th minute of play forced Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Sitthachat Jampeehom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodney Lindov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sitthachat Jampeehom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Miguel Zuasnabar came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Gavião Kyikatejê fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Zuasnabar couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sitthachat Jampeehom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavião Kyikatejê's Sitthachat Jampeehom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 74th minute of play. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. After 77 minutes Gavião Kyikatejê's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jenson Smith who took care of the corner kick. The corner led USA's Jenson Smith to fire away a dangerous shot which Sitthachat Jampeehom despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jenson Smith's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Sitthachat Jampeehom on his right side and into the goal. 77 minutes into the game it was 0-3. Gavião Kyikatejê's Sitthachat Jampeehom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Campbell in the 85th minute of play. With a little luck, Gavião Kyikatejê's Sitthachat Jampeehom got control of the ball when Marco Baker tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Sitthachat Jampeehom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Campbell. Khalid Parry scored 0-4 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sitthachat Jampeehom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gavião Kyikatejê throughout the match.
