Bulldog 07's Yusuf Yazıcı quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Emmanuel Reyes, made in the 11th minute of the game. Paşa Ali Karahan might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paşa Ali Karahan ran back to his position shaking his head. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egemen Servet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After some careless play in the Bulldog 07 defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Egemen Servet. The Bulldog 07 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Egemen Servet should have stopped the shot. After 31 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Berganza. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Silverio Fiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Egemen Servet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Peru booed when Bulldog 07 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Reynardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 51 played minutes Bulldog 07 got a freekick which was hit by Leo Clemencin. Thanks to some nice moves Milagros Fraga could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Egemen Servet however easily saved by the left post. In the 64th minute, Paşa Ali Karahan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bulldog 07 made a substitution. Milagros Fraga was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a little luck, Bulldog 07's Egemen Servet got control of the ball when Antonio Tenorio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th minute, Paolo Reynardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egemen Servet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 91st minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Peru players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bulldog 07.
