El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save El Salvador from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute Bernt Fredriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★ got a freekick which was hit by Manfred Björnsson. 20 minutes into the match, Bernt Fredriksson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernt Fredriksson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernt Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★'s goal looked a bit too open when Moises Fernandino came free, but Hektor Dino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Zorita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernt Fredriksson in the 28th minute. In the 31st minute of the match, Róbert Jánosi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ricardo Zorita was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Róbert Jánosi took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ricardo Zorita to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernt Fredriksson got free with Ricardo Zorita in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joshua Curbelo to maneuver through the defense. Bernt Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 45th minute Bernt Fredriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Moises Fernandino to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★ getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Lucio Perico hit a great ball. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernt Fredriksson went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★ fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★'s Bernt Fredriksson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Joshua Curbelo hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Fredriksson in the 76th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★'s Cui Xiong Zhen got a free kick in the 78th minute. Jorge Magrina made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★'s Egemen Ilıcan. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★'s Bernt Fredriksson. But to his dismay, Bernt Fredriksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0.
