Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off. Chile's Felix Garrido managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Brent-Jan Koninckx in the 3 minute of the game. 5 minutes into the match, Buffalo Timişoara's Kiko Pirani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Lacasa in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hunor Csapó prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Chile booed when Buffalo Timişoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawrzyniec Pysz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Buffalo Timişoara's Hunor Csapó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kiko Pirani in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionică Buculeasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Brent-Jan Koninckx in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Chile's Felix Garrido. Buffalo Timişoara's Hunor Csapó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 24th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kiko Pirani. Hunor Csapó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 35th minute of the match. Hunor Csapó didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thiago Pliego was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Kiko Pirani capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kiko Pirani really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Buffalo Timişoara's Hunor Csapó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 47th minute of play. After 48 minutes Buffalo Timişoara's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Mariano Lacasa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hunor Csapó quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ionică Buculeasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hunor Csapó. Hunor Csapó dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hunor Csapó read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Hunor Csapó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 64th minute of the match. Buffalo Timişoara's Vali Voicescu was substituted for Orhan Ortanca. Buffalo Timişoara's Călin Borogeanu was substituted for Brent-Jan Koninckx. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kiko Pirani's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Buffalo Timişoara made a substitution. Bogdan Noworolnik replaced Ionică Buculeasa. In the 77th minute Buffalo Timişoara were awarded a corner. Vali Voicescu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Vali Voicescu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chile's Thiago Pliego did a great save. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiko Pirani in the 88th minute of play. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Mariano Lacasa hit a great ball. Bogdan Noworolnik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Chile left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Buffalo Timişoara.
