Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 6th minute, Attila Sörös ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Charles Cox hit a great ball. Bruno Barrett was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Attila Sörös capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Attila Sörös really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Attila Sörös's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute Kyle Davies shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but András Kárpáti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 56 minutes of play, Angel Nivo SE's Attila Sörös made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Harvey Doyle fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curacao's protests and gave Harvey Doyle a yellow card for diving instead. 60 minutes into the game, one of Curacao:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The excitement rose when Angel Nivo SE's Rajmund Lázár after 62 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Curacao's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 10-0. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Attila Sörös stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Attila Sörös tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Attila Sörös put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Attila Sörös's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute, Attila Csank got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attila Sörös, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes, Attila Sörös made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. Curacao's Bruno Barrett tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Angel Nivo SE's Koppány Kárpáthy was substituted for Aladár Nemes. 89 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Egon Holló came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Attila Sörös in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 14-0 when Attila Sörös sped through Curacao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. Egon Holló received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attila Sörös in the 98th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Attila Csank stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Attila Csank tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
