When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cassius Byrne made a kick off. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Sitthachat Jampeehom made a huge save. Sitthachat Jampeehom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Miguel Zuasnabar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to Gavião Kyikatejê getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Nick McVean hit a great ball. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. The supporters of USA booed when Gavião Kyikatejê was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nick McVean didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, USA's Raphael Moore got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 83rdth minute of the game Miguel Zuasnabar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sitthachat Jampeehom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalid Parry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sitthachat Jampeehom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Campbell in the 90th minute of play. USA were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
