Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arland Roisman in the 2nd minute. Chepe Oren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cavegol FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Cristian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Felix Montenegro hit a great ball. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Cavegol FC's Hezi Shapochnik fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bar Sirkis having to interfere. Christiaan Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hezi Shapochnik in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play forced Cavegol FC's goalkeeper Bar Sirkis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Bar Sirkis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Hezi Shapochnik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

51 minutes into the game, one of Ecuador:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Julio Vera had in the 53rdth minute some difficulties stopping Givon Tov's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Bar Sirkis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Hezi Shapochnik made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 59 minutes into the game, Primitivo Andino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cavegol FC the free kick. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hezi Shapochnik in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cavegol FC's Givon Tov got a free kick in the 65th minute. With 69 minutes on the clock, Givon Tov commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Daniel Zorita placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 75 played minutes Cavegol FC got a freekick which was hit by Hezi Shapochnik. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita took a good shot, in the 76th minute, which hit the crossbar above Bar Sirkis's head, and flew over the goal. Cavegol FC's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Ecuador. Primitivo Andino made in the 80th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Felix Montenegro immediately put the ball in play. 83 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ilan Ganon came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bar Sirkis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 100th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.
