With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dean Floyd in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Dean Floyd sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. FC St. Pauli Andorra's Santa Tecla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save FC St. Pauli Andorra from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santa Tecla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Corleone came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Santa Tecla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 74th minute of play. Dean Floyd's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 76 minutes into the game, Johnnie Lister was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC St. Pauli Andorra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 76th match minute, FC St. Pauli Andorra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnnie Lister to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dean Floyd's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The FC St. Pauli Andorra players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
