Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. A.J. Hanks started the match with the kick off. Jonathan Blalock kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, A.J. Hanks notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute Dexter Ogden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Alex Cambeiro. 18 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Aquilino Rameriz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute, Marcellus Rodgers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcellus Rodgers charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcellus Rodgers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 31 played minutes Houston Fire F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marcellus Rodgers. Aquilino Rameriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 32nd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Houston Fire F.C.'s Aquilino Rameriz. Aquilino Rameriz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Rameriz having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. Aquilino Rameriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Houston Fire F.C. getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Blaine Griggs hit a great ball. Houston Fire F.C. made a substitution. Scott Guerra replaced A.J. Hanks. Blaine Griggs kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Houston Fire F.C.'s Scott Guerra got a free kick in the 73rd minute. A collision led to Houston Fire F.C. getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Deshawn Steiner hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Tomas Berganza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquilino Rameriz was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. 85 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Scott Guerra came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Houston Fire F.C.'s Scott Guerra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Dexter Ogden kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot.
