Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Abraham Alguacil struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Přemek Ouředník didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. In the 13th minute, Radoslav Plašil made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Přemek Ouředník showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 16th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoslav Plašil in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Vítek Bittner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vítek Bittner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Abraham Alguacil's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Přemek Ouředník skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vítek Bittner went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Dylan Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. If Radoslav Plašil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Pardubice Hurricanes getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Radoslav Plašil hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Radoslav Plašil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pardubice Hurricanes's supporters rose to their feet, but Radoslav Plašil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vítek Bittner to make the kick off. After 58 played minutes Pardubice Hurricanes got a freekick which was hit by Anton Rubáš. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítek Bittner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoslav Plašil in the 66th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pardubice Hurricanes! Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Přemek Ouředník tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Panama's Matthew Garrido got a free kick in the 80th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Marcos Cotilla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pardubice Hurricanes's Přemek Ouředník played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 83rd minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoslav Plašil in the 89th minute of the match. Přemek Ouředník took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
