The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Ferdinand Thurø in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Ferdinand Thurø didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. KS HANZA Goleniów made a substitution. Zbyszek Przybyciel replaced Morgan Lundqvist. KS HANZA Goleniów's Ryan Giggs was substituted for Zachariasz Mios. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after KS HANZA Goleniów's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. KS HANZA Goleniów's Ferdinand Thurø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 88th minute of play. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by KS HANZA Goleniów's Miromir Podowski. But to his dismay, Miromir Podowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The KS HANZA Goleniów support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
