After 14 minutes, Moises Fernandino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Salvador and the Voskresensk FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 14 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Moises Fernandino. Moises Fernandino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Pavel Mikulskiy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Aleksandr Burov kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Pavel Mikulskiy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Fernandino in the 28th minute. Artur Timoshin hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Vitaliy Baburov made in the 33rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Vadim Basmannikov immediately put the ball in play. The El Salvador players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Voskresensk FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moises Fernandino to make the kick off. Pavel Mikulskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Fernandino, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Aleksandr Burov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. Danila Kolobov made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 64thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Ricardo Zorita would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After 65 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Marco Tamayo. 67 minutes into the game, Abram Luque was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Voskresensk FC the free kick. Abram Luque kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Pavel Mikulskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Fernandino in the 70th minute of the match. Andrey Arshavin hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Moises Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Pavel Mikulskiy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. Jorge Magrina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute, Danila Kolobov made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The El Salvador manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Voskresensk FC to win.
