Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) László Madaras started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 7th minute of play forced Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's goalkeeper Attila Mesterházy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zsombor Medve hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's László Madaras dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Attila Mesterházy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Berganza went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Attila Mesterházy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 20th minute of play. Panama were furious when Felipe Ros was red carded, 22 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 25th minute, Tomas Berganza made a precise shot to the right of Attila Mesterházy. Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Karel Suryoprayogo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Attila Mesterházy having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Tomas Berganza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 51 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Alguacil. Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's Máté Elek got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Máté Elek hit a great ball. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Attila Mesterházy came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Berganza slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 53rd minute. In the 59th minute, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tomas Berganza fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Attila Mesterházy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The corner ended in Abraham Alguacil almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's Attila Mesterházy did a great save. Máté Elek hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC made a substitution. László Csank replaced Christian Kilstedt. In the 67th minute, Máté Elek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from László Madaras, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Miguel Miralles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attila Mesterházy. Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Miralles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. After 78 minutes of play, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's László Csank made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st match minute, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mátyás Virág to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 82nd minute of play forced Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's goalkeeper Attila Mesterházy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Alex Cambeiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Attila Mesterházy. That made the score 2-6 after 84 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 90th minute of play forced Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's goalkeeper Attila Mesterházy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Attila Mesterházy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 92nd minute of play. Panama played a much better game than Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC and deserved their victory. The Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
