Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Li Sen Ling kicked off to start the match. Marciano Christobal kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Wilfredo Gitano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 13 minutes into the game, Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 17 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tadeo Distiratsu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Jarana FC's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeo Distiratsu came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeo Distiratsu. Jarana FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Camilo Gisbert got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luis Andino. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilfredo Gitano in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Wilfredo Gitano sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. Wilfredo Gitano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Gitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Tadeo Distiratsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 41st minute of play. After 43 played minutes Jarana FC got a freekick which was hit by Kalmer Üksvärav. In the 44th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tadeo Distiratsu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Gitano in the 47th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Gitano in the 60th minute of play. Wilfredo Gitano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. 66 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Gitano came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Li Sen Ling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Gitano in the 71st minute of play. 3-2 became the score in the 71st minute when Wilfredo Gitano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Wilfredo Gitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Jarana FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Yang Yao Kuan hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Camilo Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Jarana FC had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
