Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. Severino Bueno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Vilmos Szikora's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vilmos Szikora helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great ball. If Fabio Savona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Severino Bueno who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Esteban Carvallo got a free kick in the 12th minute. Aaron Tanti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aaron Tanti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the game, Severino Bueno recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro. Severino Bueno showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Darren Carabott sent off a good shot on target. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Bueno in the 23rd minute of play. Eleven Young Elephants's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabio Savona in the 30th minute. When Milagros Cabal fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Milagros Cabal a yellow card for diving instead. Lautaro Navarro was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fabio Savona. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 38th minute of play forced Eleven Young Elephants's goalkeeper Aaron Tanti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severino Bueno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Honduras's Luca Espinar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vilmos Szikora, made in the 51st minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Severino Bueno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Severino Bueno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62ndth minute of the game Severino Bueno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Espinar to maneuver through the defense. Honduras's Luca Espinar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vilmos Szikora, made in the 67th minute of the game. After 74 minutes, Severino Bueno made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 81 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. After 84 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Fabio Savona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eleven Young Elephants's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabio Savona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severino Bueno went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Vilmos Szikora hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the game, Emanuel Ocampo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eleven Young Elephants the free kick. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great ball. Eleven Young Elephants's Severino Bueno got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
