Larra Briz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Jose Carita got a throw-in 10 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Isidoro Sarmiento. A throw-in in the 12th minute of the game was made by Jose Carita with Isidoro Sarmiento as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. C.S.D Punta Ballena's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento scored to the left of an out of position Larra Briz, making the score, 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Jose Carita in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by C.S.D Punta Ballena's Leo Busvidad. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abraham Alguacil during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 29th minute of play forced C.S.D Punta Ballena's goalkeeper Larra Briz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Larra Briz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Cambeiro in the 31st minute. Thanks to some nice moves Isidoro Sarmiento could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which Larra Briz however easily saved by the left post. 34 minutes into the match, C.S.D Punta Ballena's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Larra Briz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Sarmiento succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 35th playminute. 3-0 became the score in the 39th minute when Abraham Alguacil elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Larra Briz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save C.S.D Punta Ballena from getting a goal against them. Matthew Garrido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Larra Briz made a huge save.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Berganza to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the C.S.D Punta Ballena defense, Isidoro Sarmiento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Larra Briz. The C.S.D Punta Ballena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Larra Briz should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Miralles in the 56th minute of play forced C.S.D Punta Ballena's goalkeeper Larra Briz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, C.S.D Punta Ballena's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Larra Briz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Panama's Jose Carita got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Josu Garoña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Larra Briz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Larra Briz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 71st minute of the match. Larra Briz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 90 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Sarmiento. Larra Briz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After 94 minutes of play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Larra Briz was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Panama players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
