Bona Dios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Soin in the 22nd minute of the match. 【E ➣ Don Bosco Cosquín's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Julián Camino in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 24th minute of play forced 【E ➣ Don Bosco Cosquín's goalkeeper Bona Dios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bona Dios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bona Dios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cassius Byrne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bona Dios was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. 【E ➣ Don Bosco Cosquín's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After having played for 54 minutes, Julián Camino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 【E ➣ Don Bosco Cosquín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julián Camino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaston Fernández in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marco Day, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julián Camino couldn't finish the play. Anacleto Soin made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 90thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Marco Day would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. A hard shot 90 in the game by Anacleto Soin from a close distance when the talented Marco Day managed to make a qualified save. USA's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sam Campbell in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bona Dios saved 【E ➣ Don Bosco Cosquín from getting behind. There was no doubt that USA were the better team. USA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
