Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. FC NOVA VIESKA's Stanislav Sič played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Dávid Mrázko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's Antonio Arias suffered a sore thigh after 8 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 8 minutes into the game, Ladislav Zmoraj was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC NOVA VIESKA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Ladislav Zmoraj kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Martin Filc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Lukáš Zudor kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 18 minutes FC NOVA VIESKA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. 25 minutes into the match, FC NOVA VIESKA's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Stanislav Sič reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Sič saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dávid Mrázko's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dávid Mrázko helped the player get up and apologised. Ecuador made a substitution. Diego Mancebo replaced Cristian Sancho. In the 31st match minute, FC NOVA VIESKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dávid Mrázko to maneuver through the defense. Dávid Mrázko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FC NOVA VIESKA booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC NOVA VIESKA's Stanislav Sič. Stanislav Sič was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC NOVA VIESKA's Stanislav Sič played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Mancebo in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Sič saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Filc in the 51st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislav Zmoraj came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute Daniel Červeň shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute FC NOVA VIESKA were awarded a corner. Richard Štrbák went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 60th minute, Dávid Mrázko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Filc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Mancebo in the 72nd minute of play forced FC NOVA VIESKA's goalkeeper Stanislav Sič to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, FC NOVA VIESKA's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Sebastián Puig came free, but Stanislav Sič reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC NOVA VIESKA's Martin Filc got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Diego Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stanislav Sič made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Diego Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Ladislav Zmoraj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislav Zmoraj in the 95th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador played a much better game than FC NOVA VIESKA and deserved their victory. The FC NOVA VIESKA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
