Timóteo Paredes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jorge Sainz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Francisco Seco made a precise shot to the right of Timóteo Paredes. Algoso Warriors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Bruno Beldad got a free kick in the 26th minute. Timóteo Paredes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jaime Cazalla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 29 minute of play. Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Timóteo Paredes managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Uruguay's Camilo Franco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Timóteo Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 39th minute of play. Timóteo Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 73rd minute Jaime Cazalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timóteo Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Alberto Gisbert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Timóteo Paredes. Algoso Warriors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Gisbert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-1. Algoso Warriors's Timóteo Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 94th minute of play. There was no doubt that Uruguay were the better team. Uruguay's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
