FISHBONE 06's attentive Selmir Dukanović managed to snatch the ball when Juan Diego Tenorio made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. In the 81st minute Stefan Janjiš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Veselin Pejović made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After some careless play in the FISHBONE 06 defense, Jaime Pardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Veselin Pejović. The FISHBONE 06 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Veselin Pejović should have stopped the shot. Xavier Zoido kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After having played for 96 minutes, Jaime Pardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Pardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Paraguay left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FISHBONE 06.
