After a rather tough play, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Gustavo Arantes got a free kick in the 11th minute. Rosario Escarza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Du Yuan Chao tried to sneak it across the goal line. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Du Yuan Chao in the 20th minute of play. Rosario Escarza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kevin Mastache's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosario Escarza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Chano in the 27th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baldomero Chano in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Anatolio Lozano was substituted for Qian Hong Ting. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Abram Sarmiento hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Du Yuan Chao got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Venancio Olayo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedro Manzanares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Du Yuan Chao in the 40th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Chano in the 42nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Du Yuan Chao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Rosario Escarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. Rosario Escarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 51st minute of play. Du Yuan Chao took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 60th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Colombia's Luis Cazalla to fire away a dangerous shot which Rosario Escarza despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A hard shot 63 in the game by Axel Montenegro from a close distance when the talented Rosario Escarza managed to make a qualified save. LVCVS AVGVSTI's players were relieved. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronny Skytt, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After some careless play in the LVCVS AVGVSTI defense, Axel Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rosario Escarza. The LVCVS AVGVSTI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rosario Escarza should have stopped the shot. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Felipe Gutierrez was substituted for Venancio Olayo. Abram Secada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Rosario Escarza made a huge save. Abram Secada's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Rosario Escarza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza got control of the ball when Pascual Carballar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Du Yuan Chao in the 84th minute of the match. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 90th minute of play. Ferdinand Agachi made in the 93rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Du Yuan Chao however managed to control. Rosario Escarza came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Santino Seco. But to his dismay, Santino Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
