The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Facundo Nazario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Facundo Nazario tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Rolando Noboa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 23 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Krum Nikolchov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Facundo Nazario in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alonso Berganza in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Krum Nikolchov saved Lokomotiv Plovdiv from getting behind. In the 36th match minute, Lokomotiv Plovdiv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yulian Seferinov to maneuver through the defense. After 38 minutes Lokomotiv Plovdiv's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. Lokomotiv Plovdiv's Krum Nikolchov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 42nd minute of play. Peru's attentive Alonso Berganza managed to snatch the ball when Hélder Lago made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. Krum Nikolchov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. 48 minutes into the match, Lokomotiv Plovdiv's Facundo Nazario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by Peru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 冰谷 航母 was slow to take the kick. The throw-in from Doncho Sarachev in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Hélder Lago got a throw-in 90 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Mirolyub Dragoychev. In the 95th minute, Doncho Sarachev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute of the match, Eliseo Alcocer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Krum Nikolchov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. It was a well-played corner which Joaquin Prats managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The Lokomotiv Plovdiv fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
