Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a free kick in the 14th minute. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Rosen having to interfere. Gunnar Björkqvist made in the 19th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Karl-Åke Lundblad immediately put the ball in play. A collision led to Blue Mountain Goats getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Evert Holm hit a great ball. Blue Mountain Goats's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Evert Holm in the 28th minute. The corner led to Blue Mountain Goats's Ulf Björling getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 31st minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bo Rosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Espiga. Erik Ekeroth charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erik Ekeroth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes Blue Mountain Goats got a freekick which was hit by Erik Ekeroth. After 36 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. Christian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Bo Rosen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. The supporters of Honduras booed when Blue Mountain Goats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evert Holm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Navarro was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Erik Ekeroth.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evert Holm was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Evert Holm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blue Mountain Goats's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evert Holm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute of the game Gunnar Björkqvist made a throw-in which Karl-Åke Lundblad played forward. Vincent Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 63 minutes of play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bo Rosen was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bo Rosen. Bo Rosen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. In the 71st minute, Luca Espinar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börge Karlsson in the 76th minute of the match. Honduras's Christian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute of the game Gunnar Björkqvist made a throw-in which Karl-Åke Lundblad played forward. When Blue Mountain Goats's Evert Holm in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. Bo Rosen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 85th minute. The supporters of Honduras booed when Blue Mountain Goats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernst Stål didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Karl-Åke Lundblad threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Holm in the 95th minute of play. The Blue Mountain Goats fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Honduras were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
