Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Bo Rosen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Börge Karlsson's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Börge Karlsson helped the player get up and apologised. Bo Rosen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Björling in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, one of Panama:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 24th minute there was a penalty for Blue Mountain Goats. Evert Holm stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcos Cotilla. 0-1. In the 31st minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bo Rosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Holm, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Alex Cambeiro hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the game, Isidoro Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bo Rosen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evert Holm to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börge Karlsson in the 51st minute of the match. Blue Mountain Goats's Bo Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 54th minute of play. Panama were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Blue Mountain Goats's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abraham Alguacil took the corner. After 59 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Sarmiento. In the 62nd minute of the match Blue Mountain Goats got a corner. Panama's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Evert Holm ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Blue Mountain Goats's Ulf Björling to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcos Cotilla despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Blue Mountain Goats getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Börge Karlsson hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Tomas Berganza sped through Blue Mountain Goats's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bo Rosen. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. Bo Rosen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 77th minute of play. Blue Mountain Goats's Bo Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 83rd minute of play. Vincent Blom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Andersson came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abraham Alguacil during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Abraham Alguacil hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Blue Mountain Goats's Evert Holm couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Panama. In the 93rd minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bo Rosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Vincent Andersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Panama had played much better football throughout.
