After a rather tough play, STARS TEAM's Güral Usalan got a free kick in the 35th minute. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteban Paredes got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valentin Zgrăbunţa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Esteban Paredes made the kick off in the second half. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Zgrăbunţa in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Zgrăbunţa in the 54th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 56th minute of the match Güral Usalan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Güral Usalan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 84th minute, Esteban Paredes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 88 minutes into the match, STARS TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Ateş Rahim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ateş Rahim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute Esteban Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
