Valentin Zgrăbunţa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Benedykt Pilipiec hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Zgrăbunţa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ateş Rahim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of the match. Julio Vera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Esteban Paredes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 25 minute of play. Ateş Rahim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. 33 minutes into the match, STARS TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Ateş Rahim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match, Valentin Zgrăbunţa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Valentin Zgrăbunţa struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for STARS TEAM. Esteban Paredes hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ateş Rahim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

STARS TEAM's Ateş Rahim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save STARS TEAM from getting a goal against them. Ateş Rahim didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 52nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. In the 55th minute Esteban Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 played minutes STARS TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Güral Usalan. STARS TEAM's Valentin Zgrăbunţa got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The STARS TEAM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ateş Rahim should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Ateş Rahim made a huge save. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Valentin Zgrăbunţa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The STARS TEAM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. 75 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Zgrăbunţa came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ateş Rahim came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristian Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 78th minute. Valentin Zgrăbunţa scored 3-4 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, STARS TEAM's Esteban Paredes got a free kick in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 87th minute of play forced STARS TEAM's goalkeeper Ateş Rahim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Zgrăbunţa in the 88th minute of play. After 89 minutes, Camilo Gisbert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the STARS TEAM players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Hürkan Yazganalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Hürkan Yazganalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sancho charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristian Sancho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
