Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mariano Lacasa got the match started through his kick off. Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mariano Lacasa 3 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Mariano Lacasa scored 2-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmond Verdun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pastor Ado made in the 14th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Miguel Savion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 18th minute of play forced Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Edmond Verdun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Edmond Verdun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 20th minute. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Errecaborda AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Mariano Lacasa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edmond Verdun quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Pedro Indiano might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmond Verdun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Indiano ran back to his position shaking his head. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmond Verdun having to make a save. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Gines, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Chile's Mariano Lacasa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Errecaborda AFC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Edmond Verdun in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Ado in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmond Verdun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Sandalio went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Mariano Lacasa struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Edmond Verdun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chile. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victorino Sandalio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edmond Verdun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Lacasa's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. The Chile fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Chile's Orlando Casaus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 61 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edmond Verdun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. In the 64th minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Edmond Verdun. Errecaborda AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. In the 66th minute, Francisco Carballar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thiago Pliego had great luck who in the 68thth minute grab hold of the ball when Victorino Sandalio from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Ado, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Pastor Ado in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thiago Pliego, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A hard shot 73 in the game by Pastor Ado from a close distance when the talented Thiago Pliego managed to make a qualified save. Chile's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Victorino Sandalio took a quick shot and it went in 6-3 without a chance for Thiago Pliego to make any attempt to save it. 89 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmond Verdun. Errecaborda AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-3. Errecaborda AFC's Rogelio Jakes was substituted for Aírton Urbano. Errecaborda AFC's Hipolito Neron was substituted for Miguel Savion. Mariano Lacasa scored 8-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmond Verdun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chile had won after a very even match.
