Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. 汪飞文 started the match with the kick off. 宋傲远 charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 宋傲远 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 宋傲远 hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Tomas Illescas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of 林城谦. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when 沈迪志 came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 played minutes Cylon got a freekick which was hit by 姚广邦. 沈迪志 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 林城谦 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 沈迪志 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 27 minute of play. Cylon's 林城谦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 30th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when 沈迪志 got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cylon's 汪飞文 got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Cylon's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but 林城谦 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 唐昂源 hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. A collision led to Cylon getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. 汪飞文 hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 39th minute of play forced Cylon's goalkeeper 林城谦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When 沈然弘 fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cylon's protests and gave 沈然弘 a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Cylon got a freekick which was hit by 沈然弘. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. 林城谦 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. 宋傲远 struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cylon. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. 姚广邦 made in the 54th minute of the game a quick throw-in and 沈迪志 immediately put the ball in play. Cylon's 宋傲远 got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 林城谦. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 64th minute of play forced Cylon's goalkeeper 林城谦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, 姚广邦 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cylon made a substitution. 龙钢超 replaced 汪飞文. 姚广邦 kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Cylon's 沈然弘 seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed 沈然弘 the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cylon protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and 沈然弘 had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 71st minute, one of Cylon:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cylon. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Cylon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. 庄志政 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 林城谦. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with 林城谦 in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Cylon's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 80th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. 庄志政 charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 84th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venezuela's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
