Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Warriors Máfia were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sidney Viana took the corner. The corner led Warriors Máfia's Mario Alberto Kempes to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Mario Alberto Kempes put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. Durval da Costa came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of play forced Warriors Máfia's goalkeeper Durval da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Mario Alberto Kempes could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Durval da Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durval da Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Warriors Máfia's Durval da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Warriors Máfia getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Cezary Matela hit a great ball. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 40th minute. Otsoko Amurrio kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Durval da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Válbson Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After 54 played minutes Warriors Máfia got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Matela. In the 62nd minute Egídio Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Prestes hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Warriors Máfia's Dawid Luty was substituted for Sidney Viana. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Durval da Costa made a huge save. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Durval da Costa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 78 minutes into the match, Mario Alberto Kempes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mario Alberto Kempes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Rodrigo Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Durval da Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Egídio Linhares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Warriors Máfia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to Warriors Máfia getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Egídio Linhares hit a great ball. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Warriors Máfia support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
