Juarês Fantini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sebastião Chaves made in the 6th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Vicente Quintal. The supporters of Peru booed when The Best Ones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, The Best Ones's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Juarês Fantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juarês Fantini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Juarês Fantini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Luizão Passos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deivid Passos got free with Rolando Noboa in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A throw-in in the 34th minute of the game was made by Sebastião Chaves with Jean Correia as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Juarês Fantini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Tande in the 42nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Peru's Joaquin Prats got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 55 played minutes The Best Ones got a freekick which was hit by Sebastião Chaves. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deivid Passos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Quintal in the 60th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juarês Fantini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 72 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Peru's Julian Murillo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Juarês Fantini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizão Passos in the 75th minute of play. When The Best Ones's Deivid Passos in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peru's goalie prevented a goal. The Best Ones made a substitution. Washington Coelho replaced Vicente Quintal. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. A sloppy throw-in by Sebastião Chaves in the 82nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deivid Passos, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The The Best Ones fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
