After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Borys Banach had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Borys Banach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Borys Banach made a kick off. With a little luck, Gumisie Rybnik's Miromir Pazura got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Gumisie Rybnik's Ksawery Pilarczyk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gumisie Rybnik's goalkeeper Miromir Pazura, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. It was Edward Sliwinski who took care of the corner kick. Edward Sliwinski made a great header on Gumisie Rybnik's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Tobiasz Blicharz kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Gumisie Rybnik's Miromir Pazura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Gumisie Rybnik from getting a goal against them. Gumisie Rybnik's supporters rose to their feet, but Borys Banach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borys Banach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Banach, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Borys Banach made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0.
