Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marcio Carreira got the match started through his kick off. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Marcio Carreira came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FCSB CUENCA's João Francisco Sanches slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. Marcio Carreira in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Pujol in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute, FCSB CUENCA's Marcio Carreira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 18th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berenguer Tolosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, FCSB CUENCA's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Berenguer Tolosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Davide Giacomozzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FCSB CUENCA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. A collision led to FCSB CUENCA getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Davide Giacomozzi hit a great ball. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FCSB CUENCA. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcio Carreira in the 26th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rigoberto Mina's late challenge caught a FCSB CUENCA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Mina helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcio Carreira got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, Marcio Carreira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Carlos Pujol capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carlos Pujol really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. 43 minutes into the game, Americo Olivar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 49th minute of the match FCSB CUENCA got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Samuel Dracena ran over to the corner to take the kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Francisco Sanches in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Marcio Carreira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when João Francisco Sanches came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcio Carreira in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Berenguer Tolosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Americo Olivar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Francisco Sanches in the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, FCSB CUENCA's Carlos Pujol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. When Carlos Pujol got free in front of the goal in the 85th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Pujol came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Berenguer Tolosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Marcio Carreira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. When the referee ended the match the FCSB CUENCA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
