In the 20th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yuan Lei Jing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yuan Lei Jing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yuan Lei Jing came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Freestylers made a substitution. Andreas Arendt replaced German Evarado. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Pietro in the 83rd minute of play. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mathias Abstreiter in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Abstreiter in the 92nd minute of play. The Freestylers fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Freestylers's Leo Pietro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Freestylers fans cheered their team off the field, for while Peru had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
