Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Mauro-Facundo Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florian Capasso. In the 7th minute, Abram Sarmiento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 10 minutes into the game, Joshua Garrido threw the ball into play from the sideline. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Fellipe Capixaba quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Florian Capasso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Florian Capasso really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Marcinho Sabóia sent off a good shot on target. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Mauro-Facundo Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute, Fellipe Capixaba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florian Capasso made a kick off. Mauro-Facundo Buffon came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Axel Montenegro. But to his dismay, Axel Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Axel Montenegro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mauro-Facundo Buffon. That made the score 2-3 in the 66 minute of play. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Merusca F&P - CIMZ made a substitution. Geovani Mangueira replaced Anderson Vidal. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. The audience was convinced that Kevin Mastache's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hélder Fonseca in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
