Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prospero Donzel saved SuperFuerza TM from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Prospero Donzel was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 22nd minute of the match, Hector-Luis Palomar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Prospero Donzel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of play. Cristian Sancho spun around in front of the goal 23 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of SuperFuerza TM's goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector-Luis Palomar in the 27th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Donzel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, SuperFuerza TM's Maarten Stubbe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in SuperFuerza TM's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prospero Donzel came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of SuperFuerza TM's Prospero Donzel. Prospero Donzel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hector-Luis Palomar went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Maarten Stubbe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hector-Luis Palomar to make the kick off. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maarten Stubbe, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector-Luis Palomar in the 58th minute of play. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hector-Luis Palomar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prospero Donzel. SuperFuerza TM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 70 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Hector-Luis Palomar came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when SuperFuerza TM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ximeno Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prospero Donzel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 83rd minute. In the 86th minute, Cristian Sancho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Prospero Donzel. The goal made the score 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Belarmino Villalcazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Belarmino Villalcazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 94th minute.
