In the 14th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Ocampo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, .......'s Ulvi Pehlivan got a free kick in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 23rd minute of play forced .......'s goalkeeper Ahmet Orhan Usal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Orhan Usal saved ....... from getting behind. 32 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of .......'s Ahmet Orhan Usal. Ahmet Orhan Usal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Recai Ersayın made in the 37th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Kahraman Turan however managed to control. In the 40thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but .......'s Ahmet Orhan Usal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. .......'s Ahmet Orhan Usal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 47th minute of play.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Orhan Usal saved ....... from getting behind. In the 52nd minute, Sebastian Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Honduras booed when ....... was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulvi Pehlivan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 55 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edmundo Espiga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmet Orhan Usal having to make a save. After 61 played minutes ....... got a freekick which was hit by Kahraman Turan. Luca Espinar took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ahmet Orhan Usal. Ahmet Orhan Usal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 69 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ahmet Orhan Usal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Honduras booed when ....... was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Recai Ersayın didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes ....... got a freekick which was hit by Recai Ersayın. In the 84th minute, Zafer Erokay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdurrahim Şahinoğlu in the 87th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ahmet Orhan Usal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Honduras had played much better football throughout.
